Mr. Gusto joined FSP Lawyers in early 2016. He studied philosophy at St. Pope John Paul II Theological College and obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Trisakti University – Jakarta in 2015, where he graduated with honor (cum laude) and was a valedictorian.
Since joining FSP Lawyers, Mr. Gusto has been gravitated himself into commercial dispute resolution sectors and primarily focused on bankruptcy and manpower field. His practice involves the representation of the debtors and creditors’, individual and company, in the negotiation and execution of complex business transactions and restructurings. In addition to that, he is experienced in conducting internal investigations relating to employee wrongful act and represents many companies sued by its former employee for the allegation of wrongful termination. An ace negotiator, he always thinks on his feet no matter how hard the deal is.
During his time at law school, he earned several national awards in moot court and business law competitions, including the prestigious National Champion of the 4th Battle of Brains – University of Indonesia Business Law Competition in 2014 and National Champion of National Moot Court Competition – Prof. Djokosoetono Cup held by University of Indonesia in 2012. He contributed for more than 5 (five) National Awards in other national competitions while he was a law student. Born as a winner, he is one of the top promising attorneys in the future and a valuable asset of the firm.
Aside from his work as an attorney, Mr. Gusto spent most of his free time to running and reading philosophy books. Mr. Gusto is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (“PERADI”)
