Background

Ms. Cintya obtained her law degree from Gadjah Mada University in 2023, specializing in Business Law. She was promoted to Junior Associate at FSP Lawyers right after she graduated and has been involved as Staff of the Administrator Team for Suspension of Payment (PKPU) on suspension of payment cases and staff of Curator for Bankruptcy cases. She has also been involved in drafting business transaction agreements while assisting client's transaction dealing process, both national and international companies.

During college, she has actively assisted professors in advising and drafting the Indonesia National Project, was selected as Head of Intellectual Property of the Business Law Community, and won several legal writing competitions. Aside from her day-to-day professional life, she is also passionate about creative industries such as singing and playing music; she also loves doing social projects related to youth empowerment and raising Intellectual Property awareness through her community.
