Background

Mrs. Mardiyanti joined FSP Lawyers as an Associate soon after she received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Trisakti University and was made as a Senior Associate in 2012.

Mrs. Mardiyanti has a decade of experience with the Indonesian Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Since joining FSP Lawyers in 2007, Mrs. Mardiyanti has handled prosecution of trademarks, industrial design, copyright and patent, including providing advisory services. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, including media and entertainment, consumer products, leisure and travel, and software and technology, who pursue IP protection in Indonesia.

Mrs. Mardiyanti is a member of Indonesian Bar Association ("PERADI").
