Background

Mr. Agusto joined FSP Lawyers in early 2016. He studied at Catholic High School of St. Pope John Paul II and obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Trisakti University - Jakarta in 2015, where he graduated with honor (cum laude) and was a valedictorian. During his time at law school, he earned several national awards in moot court and business law competitions.

Since joining FSP Lawyers, Mr. Agusto has been gravitated himself into commercial dispute resolution sectors and primarily focused on the bankruptcy and restructuring field. His practice involves the representation of the debtors and creditors', individual and company, in the negotiation and execution of complex business transactions and restructurings. Mr. Agusto is a Receiver of bankruptcy & Administrator of suspension of payment (a member of HKPI) and a member of the Indonesian Bar Association ("PERADI").

Aside from his work as an attorney, Mr. Agusto spent most of his free time running, practicing Muay Thai, and playing music. He also loves to explore more about coffee. Therefore, he has a license as a professional barista.
